Exercise with my Sister

my parents do exercise daily while me and my sister only exercise occasionally. My sister has done enough to learn the names of poses and stretches. She also tries to teach me how to do them.

My internet kept dropping so the post kept deleting and it is late now so I have to finish this early. I will finish this tomorrow
